While Strategic Planning in other industries may be understood as enterprise-wide, in the Destination Marketing space, a Strategic Plan is the Action Plan for the Board of Directors. That means we focus on Organizational and Destinational excellence…not Room Nights. That’s what’s found in the Marketing or Business Plan that powers professional staff.
